Their cuisine is entirely homemade and they hold the title of "Maître-Restaurateur", the only title issued by the State for the French restoration.
Using the lates culinary techniques such as slow, low-temperature cooking, they will surely delight you with both tasty and classic recipes. The wines of Cahors and other nearby regions will pleasantly accompany your meals. In the summer months, you may enjoy dining on our large terrace with a choice of shade or sun and view of the swimming pool.
