His cuisine is entirely homemade and he holds the title of "Maître-Restaurateur", the only title issued by the State for the French restoration.
Using the lates culinary techniques such as slow, low-temperature cooking, he will surely delight you with both tasty and classic recipes. The wines of Cahors and other nearby regions will pleasantly accompany your meals.
